When Mr Young got in touch for help with his garage roof in Coulsdon, it was clear the project was a top priority for him. Mr Young was using the garage to store his beautiful classic car, but the garage roof had developed a bad leak and a lot of water was coming in – directly onto the car!
This client got in touch with Collier Roofing about some complex refurbishment work that needed doing on their home. As well as cosmetic issues, our client needed a solution that would minimise the need for ventilation in their roof.
Collier Roofing is experienced in dealing with all sorts of different styles of roofs, with flat roofs being a speciality of ours. So we didn’t hesitate when Mr Patel contacted us to say that his flat roof in Merstham was starting to deteriorate and needed a complete overhaul.
Mrs Danise from Reigate got in touch with us recently about the roof on her lean-to conservatory. While the rest of the conservatory was in good condition, the old glass roof was badly damaged and letting in a lot of water.

As it was the original roof, dating back to when the house was built, the tiles were very old and the roof had developed various leaks over time, making it difficult to use the attic space properly.
Mr Dunbury contacted us about replacing the fascias, soffits and guttering on his detached house in Reigate. The old wooden fascias and soffits were tired, damaged and rotten, which looked out of keeping with the otherwise smart house. In addition, the old guttering was leaking and needed replacing in order to avoid problems with water damage and damp.
Here at Collier Roofing we undertake all sorts of projects, from small domestic jobs to substantial commercial projects. So when a large veterinary practice, Vet on the Hill in Caterham, contacted us about improving their facilities, we jumped at the chance to help.

We were very happy to help Mr Davies, who contacted us about his 1930s semi-detached house in Croydon, which was in dire need of some TLC. It is very important to us that our work is in keeping with the look and style of the building, so we worked hard on Mr Davies’ house to match the original appearance of the property.
